Claim Analyzer collects and processes publicly visible Instagram post text for registered users of this service. We do not collect or store private messages, stories, or any content requiring authentication to access.
Account data: email address and hashed password for login. We do not store plaintext passwords.
Post content is fetched from public Instagram profiles via third-party scraping APIs (Apify, Bright Data). Only content accessible without logging in is processed.
Evidence data is sourced from PubMed (NIH National Library of Medicine), a publicly accessible database.
Scraped posts are used solely to extract and assess health claims for the registered user who requested the analysis. Post text and claim data are stored in our database for report generation and are not sold or shared with third parties.
Claim and post data is retained for as long as the associated account exists in the system. Users may request deletion at any time (see section 6).
We use a session token stored in localStorage for authentication. No third-party tracking cookies or analytics scripts are used.
To request deletion of all data associated with an Instagram account or your user account, contact: flowmance.ai@gmail.com. We will process requests within 30 days.
